When my friend Rob and I first saw this video on MTV during the summer of 1984, neither of us knew what was happening in it. (Also, we had never heard of the band Slade before or since.)
Thirty-seven years later, I think we’re just as mystified.
I still get a kick out of this tune and the video … primitive though it may be.
