Valentine’s Day seems like a good day to recommend some excellent chocolate. Come to think of it, last week probably would have been better for ordering purposes.
My favorite is Endangered Species Chocolate I discovered them at my grocery store a couple of years ago when I was looking for a replacement for the Sanders Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Caramels from my hometown (and sold nationally at Costco.)
